The stock php installation (make install)
doesn't install (dependents for mime?)
Mail/mimeDecode.php
Mail/mimePart.php
The example for Mail/mime in the docs show:
$mail =& Mail::factory('mail');
This doesn't work. It looks like it should be:
$mail =& Mail::factory('mime');
