Would it be possible to add to the parser the ability to strip the
line on which the block statements occured...so that if I had
first
<!-- BEGIN foo -->
<td>
<!-- END foo -->
last
The output would be
first
<td>
last
and not
first
<td>
last
Seems that if I know how I am going to make my templates (block
comments on a line by themselves) I should be able to trucate that
line. I am getting tons of eroneous space when parsing a template.
Please note that it would be nice to be able to strip the endline
and all whitespace leading up to and following the comment
block.
Thanks,
Dan
