PHPXref of php4/pear

Hi, I've used a slightly modified version of Gareth Watts' program PHPXref to generate documentation for php4/pear. I made the following modifications: + Fixed an issue that was preventing the script from working on Windows + Changed the regular expressions to match the standard Javadoc/PHPDoc comment marker (/**) for functions.
