Here's a patch to implement this over a proxy.
Syntax instead of
xmprpc_client("path","server","port");
use
xmprpc_client("path","server","port","proxy","proxy_port");
where proxy is your proxy host and proxy_port is your proxy port
It seems to work, testing anyone?
