Suggested changes to Config.php in installer

Following the discussion last night, attached is a patch to add a bit more information to the configuration array, so that I can generate the interface from the configuration data... having played with the design - this looks like the best approach - The shortdoc is the prompt string, the doc would be a 'summary' that appeared when you where typing in the value and the group would be the tab that it appeared in... regards alan
