Bug #17529: Installer does not create directories

From: bmansion@mamasam.com Operating system: Linux and MacOSX PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: PEAR related Bug description: Installer does not create directories When I use pear install Auth or pear install HMLT_QuickForm on linux and MacOSX, it doesn't create the directories 'Container' for Auth and 'QuickForm' for HTML_QuickForm.
