I would like to contribute this extension to PEAR. It creates and modifies .htaccess files and .htpasswd files, can add/edit/delete users from the file. It needs preg expressions and the actual htpasswd binary. It should work across platform, but I cant test on Linux at the moment. I think that I have commented it correctly. I have not used DocbookXml yet, but will convert documentation to it. I have included PEAR.php but havent used it since I dont have a working win32 pear.dll. Regards Mike
