Go go go !! If you don't have a CVS account apply for it ;)) I love the work you did. Plus, that is what i call documentation. A french web magazine wrote an article about PEAR. I won't go into detail but it is not a nice article. I didn't read though, it is what stems from the forum. Anyway, a major point was that there not enough documentation and that you need to go too deep in the code to do something useful. So i like to see doc like that. Some will say that i should write some doc if i say that. Well, i plan to ;))) Regards, ps: c'est du beau boulot ! > Hi, > > I've made a lot of modifications in the Var_Dump class very recently, > (especialy in the interface and in the code) > > - The API has been modified, and simplified. > - I've added the support for text output > - Configuration of the visual parameters improved > - I've also added the option of returning data instead > of printing it > - The code has been cleant > > So, if you are interested to have it in PEAR, it's ready for > its inclusion (code compliance...), so I would like to have > your opinions. > > Synopsis : > > Var_Dump::display($vars); > > or $text = Var_Dump::r_display($vars); > echo $text; > > or $foo = new Var_Dump($confVD); > $foo->setDisplayMode($confDM); > $foo->display($vars1); > $foo->display($vars2); > ... > > A demo of the Var_Dump class can be found at : > http://frederic.poeydomenge.free.fr/vardump/ > > Best regards > -- > Frederic Poeydomenge > > -- > PEAR Development Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/) > To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php >
