They'd have to be merged back into the PHP_4_0_5 branch in order for
them to be included in the PHP 4.0.5 release.

Only legitimate bugfixes should be merged back into a release branch.
To out a new branch:
% cvs co -r BRANCH_TAG <module>
Committing changes to files in that checkout will be applied to the
branch, not the HEAD.
