If this bahaviour would be changed, then all of the programs
that uses DB would need rewrite. Then I am agains changing it.
But if you decide to change anything so important in the future -
let do it in the $_GET/$_POST way - the old behaviour ($HTTP_*_VARS in this case)
is the option, and it should be the default option.
In short: all old programs should still work, IMHO.
