You need two files, the html page itself, and the gettext messages file.
Take the files from the pearweb cvs tree,
by http http://cvs.php.net/cvs.php/pearweb/weeklynews/20020721.en.html?Horde=dea5d1c5f2483265d06031a04f0b0bdf
and
http://cvs.php.net/cvs.php/pearweb/weeklynews/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/weeklynews.po?Horde=dea5d1c5f2483265d06031a04f0b0bdf
for the gettext file. If you do not have a *nix box to generate the .mo file, I can do it for you.
or use the cvs commands :)
Next if you have a cvs account, just commit, or send it to Alan, me or make it available somewhere.
