New PECL module

I've generated the picosql module using SWIG ( <http://www.swig.org> www.swig.org), see <http://bugs.php.net/?id=18517&edit=1> http://bugs.php.net/?id=18517&edit=1 for details. "Derick" at the php-dev mailing list suggest it be added to PECL as picosql is not a mainstream database. I have a cvs login "samjam" for php, I presume it will work for PEAR too? Can I add this module to PECL cvs, and how?
