[patch] auth.php include import of cookie and get

Martin, I've added cases to Auth::_importGlobalVariable() to handle "cookie" and "get" ($_COOKIE, $_GET). I have cvs karma for php, and think I do for pear as well. I still want to run these patches by you (and future ones if any), since you are the maintainer, but if you get tired of reviewing and applying them I could apply them and just let you know. Also, what do you think about tagging and releasing 1.0.3 as soon as I stop patching and finish testing? -James
