Patch to go-pear : Proxy authentication

Hello, While trying to use go-pear on my windows box behind a proxy which requires authentication i made this small patch to the go-pear script. Now, the format of the proxy passed has to be http://user:pass@host:port or http://host:port as it uses parse_url. Please note that i haven't tested it without supplying a user and password though i think it should still work. Arnaud Limbourg
