- Go to "New Package" and fill the form
- Be sure that in the package.xml file of your package, you are marked
with <role>lead</role>

do i also have to do that when the package is already in the CVS for long?
and i guess the package names 'Tree' and 'I18N' dont need to be discussed since they are in the CVS already for a while, as the 'new-package'-site suggests
