Quickly strolling through code, could you clarify that did this code actually inject the mails to MTA's queue or just store the mails in a temporary container waiting to be fed to the MTA? I changed it: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/mailqueue/mail_queue/
I also have to add some comments in few files and add some options to get mails from db by sort they in more ways just only send time.
(ok I strolled through the code really quicly :)
