PDBPLUS: password hide & other things patch

Maxim, 22:33:11 22. august 2002 (stvrtok) Greetings! I'm sending you another patch for PDBPLUS PEAR DB interface. I sent previous patch a few days ago, but I didn't recieve any reply. Current patch in attachements needs to have previous patch applied to work. Patch uses improved glueDSN() method posted by Thomas and includes: * password hide when printing DSN on screen * possibility to skip password part in DSN specification; in that case is password entered from keyboard and local tty echo is hidden (it is just like in MySQL or PostgreSQL) * ability to start pdaplus.php without DSN specification * ability to change database for current user and current database; use \dsn <another_database> for this * fixed bug when no tables are in database and \d command is entered * improved inclusion stuff with dirname(__FILE__); pdbplus can be now runned from another directory than it is located All backward compatibility is preserved. Improvemets works well. New code is slightly commented. I hope this patch will fit into your conception and needs. It is attached uncompressed for fast review possibility.
