The thing is that the CVS structure has nothing to do with how package are deployed.
You package would be found on the cvs under something like Benchmark_Profiler and would be installed
in the benchmark directory of pear when deployed.
e.g:
/usr/local/share/pear/Benchmark/Profiler.php
And if you installed the other ones you'd have
/usr/local/share/pear/Benchmark/Timer.php
/usr/local/share/pear/Benchmark/Iterate.php
