Announce: Crypt_Xtea (and possibly Crypt_Test)

Hi there, I have created an PHP-only implementation of the XTEA encryption algorithm (so mcrypt is not necessary). The encryption and decryption function take a (binary) string as input for the plaintext and key data. Output is again a (binary) string. The code is available at http://www.jeroenderks.com/pear/ Please let me know whether there is room for improvement before an initial release. If not, I will release it as Crypt_Xtea. It also includes a PHPUnit derived test script, which I want to release as well, currently I'm thinking of a module Crypt_Test that contains test code for the crypto classes or just Crypt_Xtea/Test? Any suggestions are welcome.
