Hi,
PEAR will start using ZE2 features, but we won't focus on that with the
joint 4.3 release. When we start working on ZE2 support for real, there
will be focus on making it plug-in compatible first, then we give each
package time to start using ZE2-specific features at their own pace (or
keep using compatibility mechanisms provided by PEAR to make code work
in both).
