Crypt_RC4 does not seem to follow standard PEAR filenaming.
The filename in CVS is Crypt_RC4/Crypt_Rc4.php and it gets
installed as:
<php_dir>/Crypt/Crypt_Rc4.php
What it should be is in CVS Crypt_Rc4/Rc4.php and it should
get installed as:
<php_dir>/Crypt/Rc4.php
