Proposed Class: Net_Dict

Hi, I have a functional class Net_Dict which is an interface to the DICT Protocol [1] ( http://dict.org/ ). The PEAR packaged code lies at, http://freedomink.org/code/php/pear/Net_Dict-1.0.tgz View online. http://freedomink.org/code/php/pear/Net_Dict-1.0/Dict.phps Since I wrote this class mostly to contribute to PEAR, the class uses PEAR error handling and should be reasonably PEARified. Corrections are welcome. I hope this class is found useful enough to be added to PEAR so I can contribute back to PHP.
