RE: [PEAR-DEV] pear commad under win

this demonstrates the problem we all have under windows when php is not installed under c:\php4 ! because the default settings of pear use the PHP constants predefined during the build. so the best you can do to prevent pear from thinking that it is installed under c:\php4 is to update the config. but in then pear will have to store your settings somewhere ... and it will choose c:\php4\pear.ini !
