I guess you don't need this line at all, as the extension will be compiled
and not "installed" to /usr/share/pear in the common sense.
How about using:
<filelist>
<dir role="src" name="/">
<file>lala.c</file>
<file>wuwu.c</file>
<dir name="examples" role="doc" baseinstalldir="/">
<file>test.php</file>
</dir>
</dir>
</filelist>
?
