There is a important difference between Apache logs and Download
statistics, apache logs are to find out abuse in case that happened,
while the dl_host and dl_who are used for statistical data on a user.
After all, what use do these columns have other then statistics? And for
statistics, do you really need to know from which IP address a user
comes? I don;t think so... so why store it?
