Update of various translations

Hi PEARs, just a while ago I updated several translations (most updates in "fr"). However, not all update-notification-mails were send to the pear-doc-mailinglist. So please do a "cvs update" to your local copy to receive the latest updates. To the doc-maintainers: All updates were just minor revision-updates to clean up the display of rev_check. The remaining files now include text that needs to be checked / translated again. imho this step was necessary for cleanup as several files were out of sync just by white- space-fixes or changed/added docbook-entities. This was easy to fix although e.g. my French is not that good :-)) Thanks for your attention. Regards, Stefan
