Yes, files are in text mode, but cvs handles automatically line endings when
you update/commit.... When I checkout files from my windows computer that
have been commited from a unix computer, my sandbox have windows line
endings. Now I had problems (outside pear) commiting files I copied from a
unix archive to my windows sandbox, generating unneeded diff on the server.
I'm not a cvs expert, but I always read to keep native OS line endings on
each sandbox. Now perhaps I had a specific problem on my system, and
committing unix files from a windows computer may work, I don't know.
My thought was that Phpdocumentor output files with line endings appropriate
to the system where it is intalled, but it seems it is not the case ?
