A possiblity would have been a list of file-renamings. In a different connection Martin suggested some time ago to create a list of old and new filenames so that they can be mass-renamed by a person with sufficient rights. > (btw, IMHO anyone with root access in the server will be able to > reinject the old history into new files) They still remain on the server? I didn't know. But maybe we can fix it that way for the files you already uploaded anew. Possibly Martin knows more (CCed in this email). > >And didou, do you intend to rename all auto-generated files by > >phpDocumentor as well? Can't remember - but you might be right. Guss I generated the docs for Image_Graph with the latest phpDocumentor that was available at that time, but it still generated some files with underscores (because that was the name of the class). http://cvs.php.net/cvs.php/peardoc/en/package/images/image- graph/image-graph?login=2 If it was "fixed", maybe Greg fixed it in his CVS? > >Sorry for not speaking up before - that's not what I read from your > >email to the list and I don't know if it is what Martin expected when > >he wrote "Sounds like no problem for me". > > > > http://news.php.net/article.php?group=php.pear.doc&article=2992 > > he wrote something else... First he wrote that it doesn't sound like a problem and later told you to go ahead, yes. I wonder if he had though about losing the version history (and the problems arising from this for translators). > look, for now I'll stop my commits I'd like to wait for Martin's (and maybe Greg's) reaction to the topic and how we should do it. Again, didou, I didn't mean it personally. Just read your email a bit different ... Thank you for your work - and sorry from my side Stefan
