separating pecl

Hi, I am not sure how to best proceed with the pecl package docs. I have heard before that they will eventually end up in the main php documentation(?) Anyways we definately need to remove/separate all pecl related things from our general pear docs because pear and pecl are simply handled by different groups of people with different regulations. For example the following page paints an incorrect picture of the relationship between pear and pecl: http://pear.php.net/manual/en/introduction.php There are other sections like this.
