Request for comment wiki & doc

Hello, I just discuss about docs on #pear@efnet I want to prupose a wiki as creation tools. (for people don't know wiki visit link on end of message) docBook is very interresting for final document. but the minimum level to enter in docBook is to high for a little contribution. and prupose something here 1° It's not easy to found that's the good place 2° It's not direct impact. Wiki can resolve all these problem. I say frequently that in "perfect world" the coder and the doc writer must be different person. A wiki can make easy the work for translator. the entry level is too low that everybody can do it without technical trigger. All became a social problem. And we are more righ for this job. I view wiki as a big ressource for docWriters. A living draft. I won't talk in their name. But I think understand that some other pear contributor agrees. So I know that an actual problem with wiki is "wich wiki ?" there many syntax.
