From the documentation for Worksheet::printRowColHeaders in spreadsheet xl
writer. "Set the option to print the row and column headers on the printed
page. See also the _storePrintHeaders() method below."
No mention of storePrintHeaders() in the documentation. Oh well, off to
the source...
