writing PEAR doc for newbies ?

It seems that i've probably missed something, because i don't see the new version of PEAR manual. Perharps it's due to my commits on HTML_QuickForm_advmultiselect package. So i've one more question. Is it a guide that explains for beginner, like me, who want to write pear doc but don't know how and where to begin ? I'm sorry, but the page http://pear.php.net/manual/en/developers.documentation.php in not enough clean, especially for Windows Users as me (who has installed Cygwin and used XSLT and not DSSSL). Tell me if i'm wrong, but i can't do a test in real condition before to commit my changes on pear cvs. I still want to learn, please help ! regards Laurent
