[QFAMS] user-end doc link problem on project page

As i don't know who contact for this problem, i post it on the related category. Two days ago, i've begun to put online my english version of the [HTML_QuickForm_advmultiselect] The Definitive Guide on my website. Few minutes after, i've decided to update my project page [1] on PEAR and i see today, that my profil changes was rollback to previous state. is it a recent problem ? or just a bad luck for me ? I wanted to replace link [2] by [3] Who can answer , and if it should come again in future who shall i contact ?
