The paragraph about the "A" in PEAR found at
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/newmaint.when-to-contribute.bad.php
needs to
be updated.
From community feedback it should be about applications seen as developer
tools rather than end-user applications (e.g.: phpDocumentor) and
certainly not web applications (e.g.: phpMyAdmin)
