I don't think that the documentation for Xipe will come back.

Note: The domain name expired and is now redirected to an advertising
site. mj removed the broken link from the docs while we wait for a new
host to be found.

The site that was hosting the documentation (and documentation for
other packages) went down a few days ago. We are in contact with the
owners about restoring the content.
