Bug description: no pear calendar channel

This package is not stable, therefore using an alternate channel is
required to install. On Windows, I am unable to update the channel that
PPM tells me to use, pear.php.net/calendar-0.5.3. It would be useful to
update the install instructions to cover this completely.
