I had this problem on a shared host, you need to add this to your include
path:
/home/sites/2027931811/www/web/
Here's an example what I had to put at the beginning of my code for it to
find the right php file:

ini_set('include_path',
ini_get('include_path').':/home/virtual/site22/fst/var/www/html/pear/lib');
?>
