I need to install PEAR for a TikiWiki 1.6 application on a Red Hat 7.3 Linux machine (PHP 4.1.2, Apache 1.3, and Mysql 3.23.49). This Linux machine does not have Internet access.
Can you please outline a 'manual' installation procedure that I can use in this particular case?
