Hello everyone.
I was just installing the Pear manager but am a little bit confused about setting the environment
variables ( Windows) and the understanding of how the individual packages work independently. Or
don´t they? Can´t I just include the files I need? I´m somehow unable to find it in the CHM I
downloaded.
