Thanks Mike. I just spent a couple of hours on this and thought it was me. The workaround is probably to overwrite the call function and have it re-add the header before every call. BTW: Is there actually a way to teach the server not to process the SOAP-body when a certain SOAP-header is missing?
Somebody sent an amendment to the SOAP package code on the soap mailing list a while back. I never had time to check if this fixed the issue, it would still be better if it was released offically though to help ease with PEAR deployment on other servers.
