I have figured out how to create a simple query using the ldap3 tools,
but am not sure how to do this:
I want to create an LDAP filter that uses two fields, sn and fn. The
filter would look like: (&(sn=Smith)(fn=John)). However, when this
query is sent to PEAR::DB, the query gets processed by the prepare
function, which looks for the tokens '&', '!', and '?'. I need the
ampersand to get passed to the LDAP processor. Otherwise, the query
doesn't work.
Any suggestions?
