I'm using some recent snapshot of PHP 4.2.1-dev here and
the whole stuff works for me like a charm. I'm afraid
that there is something wrong with session handling
in PHP 4.1.2, which causes the misbehaviour of PEAR::Auth.
I will check this later the day.
