pecl-dev.
But what you can try before is:
- Get the sqlite archive
- uncompress it
- cd sqlite-x.x.x
then:
# phpize
# ./configure
# make && make install
and then you can post the result on pecl-dev if that fails. I'm there
too so I can provide the history if required ;)
