Hi list,
i tried to get a new installation of pear because the debian stabled package is broken. I get the following message:

Would you like to install these as well? [Y/n] :(enter)

can anyone help me? I wish to use one of the cache packages. By the way, the DB package runs fine although the installer is broken, but i think it's better to have a good tool for global installation of other packages.
Greetings,
Gerd
