Hello Martijn,
Did you get any answer already regarding your question? What do you mean by "find simply does not work"? Do you get any output?
Try to call DB_DataObject::debugLevel(5); before and DB_DataObject::debugLevel(0) after the find() so you can get some useful debugging info.
DB_DataObject::debugLevel(5);
$count = $do->find();
DB_DataObject::debugLevel(0);
Take a look at the sql output in the debug msgs if the generated sql query is correct. If you cannot find any errors in it tell us what exactly happens and send the debug output to the list.
Regards,
Norbert

Hi There, 1) I am a great fan of DB_DataObject. 2) I hav used DB_DataObject in severak servers, but I recently installed it on a server, belonging to www.widexs.nl. The "find" simply does not work. I had to recode my scripts to form the SQL myself and then use the "query" method of the DataObject. This obvously defeats one of the main purposes of DB_DataObject, and I am sure I am not doing a good enough job. I am at a loss at why this does not work on that provider. I am sending the phpinfo along:PHP Version 4.3.4[..was too long..]
