LiveUser DB_Simple equivalent to XML_Simple example

I created an exactly equivalent of the example 2 of LiveUser that uses
XML_Simple, but using DB_Simple, it might not be perfect, but it shows more
or less how it works, I'm attaching it as example2.1 for those of you that
were intrested (including an example like this on LiveUser would be good :)
