* Added debug capabilities
* Added _recvLn() and _send($data) to support debug and better check socket errors
* Added SASL AUTH capabilities
* if installed automatically uses Auth_SASL
* Added LOGIN,PLAIN,DIGEST-MD5 and CRAM-MD5
* Modified APOP and USER auths
* Now the class automagically selects the best auth method
