It seems to be a general problem with your temporary session files.
And after the first error is triggered / shown on screen the second
if just a result (headers already sent). Check if your session-
directory allows file-creation, if there are not too many files in
your temp-dir (afaik even Windows has a restriction there) etc. This
is the way to search. Unfortunately I guess we can't help you much
with that since it seems to be a local problem of either Windows or
your Apache.
Please try to narrow down the problem a bit further and give us some
more information what you tried and it's results.
