Hi,
There is a "Notice: Undefined offset 0 in /usr/local/php/lib/php/HTML/QuickForm/hierselect.php on line 186" if the first select of the hierselect isn't selected.
This happens when the attribute size="10" is set. Setting a default value can always be unselected by the user and would result in the same issue (i'm guessing).
Is this a bug (and thus should I report it)? or should I simply add a javascript function to select the default value if nothing is selected.
In my specific form i don't care about any of the values in either hierselect selects.
Cheers,
Eb.
