Hi,
I'm an intermediate PHP developer, and a newbie to PEAR. I'm having difficulty installing
PEAR properly. When I use go-pear.bat, everything works properly but there is an issue with my
include_path in that it states:
WARNING! The include_path defined in the currently used php.ini does not
contain the PEAR PHP directory you just specified:
<C:\PHP\pear>
If the specified directory is also not in the include_path used by
your scripts, you will have problems getting any PEAR packages working.
Current include path : .;c:\php4\pear
Configured directory : C:\PHP\pear
Currently used php.ini (guess) :
Press Enter to continue:
Therefore, I'm noticing that PEAR is creating a php4 folder, and placing a php.ini file within
it.
After I install, I try and run pear.bat and all I get is a "Bad command or file name"
error. I try and run it using the complete path, and also from the dir where it is stored. Still
no luck. What have I done wrong? Please help...
Thanks....Jamie
